Important
Past data have been corrected with respect to previous issues. Changes have been made to:
- the total number of mobile phones with no contractual commitment for Q1 2008
- to active mobile multimedia numbers for Q1 2008

At Q2 2008, the data for the operator Neuf Cegetel, which has been bought out, have been integrated into those of the Metropolitan mobile operator controlling the operator.

The Overseas report is now divided into two geographic areas: Antilles-Guyana and Réunion-Mayotte.
